Hello! This will be a short update for today. My Day 2 – Day 4 fell on Fri, Sat and Sun. The dreaded weekend where I had to attend to a lot of things plus I didn’t have the time to prepare meals.  I wasnt able to do some walking on my Day 3 and Day 4 since hubby and I had to meet some people for the new project I am doing. Here are my updates;

 

Weight Data

Day 1 – 56 Kilo

Day 2 – 54.6 Kilo

Day 3 – 55.2 Kilo

Day 4 – 55.8 Kilo

I am not seeing big improvement on my weight.I thought that I would continue to lose weight since I had a drastic change on Day 2 but the weekend and busy schedule ruined my “quickest way to lose weight plans”. lol! Seriously, I think its about motivation and perseverance. I know that I have been saying this for the longest time but I could not stress enough how important these two factors are to my weight loss goals.
